Zumba:
Zumba is a cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. Pilates:
Developed nearly 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates, this form of exercise lengthens and strengthens and balances the muscles and body. Pilates exercise focuses on postural symmetry, breath control, abdominal strength, muscular flexibility, joint mobility and strengthening through the complete range of motion of all joints.
